They sound great for music and YouTube/Movies however, for gaming in certain games I find they are very low. Like footsteps and quieter sounds are almost non existent. I have the DT 880 600 ohm black 'Premium Edition' (same for my DT 990). The 990s had some slight sibilance issues that quickly disappeared.
